Christ Jesus Ev Church

Our church was founded in 1992 by Pastor Bernard Henderson. We are a Reformed/Charismatic church. We are members of the Association of Charismatic/Reformed Churches, www.charismaticreformed.org. We don't believe that God ever intended the two to be separate.

We thank God for our friends, Pastor Earl Wright, www.TheChurchofGodintheWord.org and Pastor Lance Lewis, www.clfphilly.org whom God has also graced with the knowledge of what it really means to "have" eternal life.

Our services are on Sunday mornings, 11:30 a.m. The Word is rich and God blesses us every week, in the Word!

Praise the Lord! God's Word says He justified many (Isaiah 53:11, Matthew 20:28, Matthew 26:28). We are a portion of many that He shed His blood for, "for" the remission of sins.

Come and Learn the Word of God!

We were appointed to salvation (1 Thes 5:9) and delivered from the wrath to come (1 Thes 1:10), 22 years ago, but not until the tenth year of salvation were we blessed to come into the wonderful knowledge of the Doctrines of Grace. The Doctrines of Grace have set us free from "bad theology" and the threat of losing salvation (eternal life given by God). We "know" that we have been set free from HIS wrath, because IT IS FINISHED!!! I know, that whatsoever God doeth is forever. Nothing can be put to it, nor anything taken from it. God doeth it, that men should fear before Him (Eccl 3:14).

The Bible also declares that we were chosen in Him, before the foundation of the world and predestinated to be adopted children of our Lord, Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of His will (Eph 1:4, 5). That is such good news! HE chose us, before He founded the world!

Learn the truth about salvation. It will be revealed to you, as it was revealed to us.

Recognize that your reservation in heaven has been made, and it cannot be cancelled. He gave us eternal life and He said that we would NEVER perish, nor would anyone be able to pluck us out of HIS hand. We discovered that NEVER really does mean NEVER.
